Apple Warranty Repair
Repair and service on Apple products that are under Limited warranty or AppleCare Protection Plan (APP), will be carried out Free of Cost .
Warranty service does not cover data transfers, data backup, software or OS installation. Liquid spilled or physically damaged products are not covered under Warranty repairs and will be treated as either paid repair replacement or rejected as ineligible for service, depending on the conditions of unit. However, final service coverage and replacement of the unit will be decided upon inspection and diagnosis by Apple Technicians.
Our average turnaround time for Apple warranty repairs is 04 to 06 business days. While there is no charge for items covered by Apple Warranty, please be aware that service jobs are tended to on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Out-of-Warranty Repair
A diagnosis fee of MVR 150 will be levied on all out-of-warranty repair cases. After diagnosing, an estimated cost will be given upfront and if customer chooses to go ahead with the repair after confirming the quoted prices, this diagnosis fee will be credited to the repair.
Parts are replaced at exchange prices and all defective parts will be sent back to Apple.
Please make sure all necessary backup has been performed prior handing over the unit for service as Focus Computers is not liable for loss or damage to data/software during the course of repair.
Service delivery turnaround is on average 04 to 06 business days.
